Moron City Tour
You hop on a coach bus and travel along one of the most beautiful stretches of road in the caribbean. Enclosed by the ocean, this 45 min drive to the heart of Moron is only the start of a spectacular day ahead. Once we arrive, you step off the bus, and it is like you are in a totally different world. Crisp paved roads lined with incredibly bright and vibrant vintage cars and colourful, eccentric buildings. A 30-40 minute walk with a guide to some of Moron Cities oldest buildings and artifacts. The first stop is at a local marketplace where students are given about 25-30 min to shop and pick up souvenirs. After shopping, we are taken to a restaurant to eat our included lunch which includes real cuban food. Another 30 minutes is given for any last minute purchases, and we all load up on the bus back to the resort, cruising along the same beautiful stretch of road.

Deep Sea Fishing
Sail off into the ocean, between three and eight miles offshore (depending on professional advisement) and go deep sea fishing! Cuba is known as one of the best destinations in the world for bone fishing. Be on the lookout for species such as marlins, tunas, wazoos and many others. Compete with others to get the biggest catch and remember to capture every fishy moment on camera!
This fishing tour includes boat and crew, fishing licence and gears, lures, and round trip transfers to hotels. Complimentary snacks are also served half way through the day.

The energetic crew plays games and gets everyone dancing with some music.
About an hour into the afternoon, we stop and throw down the anchor, where everyone gets their snorkel gear and we hop into the fresh blue water. The Moron City tour is what made me fall in love with Cuba. Being able to roam freely through town, check out all the stores, and talk to the local people gave me a chance to see real life in Cuba.
Volunteer Abroad
Cayo Coco Culture Exchange Project
S-Trip! invites travelers to make a positive impact internationally during grad trip through sustainable development and community projects. Our goal is to become North America’s largest overseas volunteer program by getting all high school graduates on a volunteer project.
Did you Know?
- All levels of education are free and include school meals and uniforms.
- Canadians are Cuba’s most popular visitors with 1.2 million of us traveling to the tropical island annually.
- Dance is very important in Cuba, the birthplace of classic dance styles like the Bolero, Mambo and Cha Cha.
Cultural Exchange
Spend a half day learning about Cuba’s rich history and vibrant culture while interacting with local students and assisting with the repair of a school. We’ll start the day with a welcome ceremony that allows the local students to showcase their talents. From there, travelers split into groups to go on a community tour, contribute to the build project, and enjoy special moments with the children.
We'll end the day with a conversation about our role as tourists, the education system in Cuba, and scratch the surface on Cuban history. Get ready to experience a small piece of the remarkable Cuban culture!
Check out this blog post about the great work our travelers did on the most recent Cayos of Cuba trip!
Our entire school looks forward to S-Trip! travelers visiting every year! The physical contribution they give to our school is much appreciated, and makes a more welcoming teaching environment for all staff and students. As a teacher, it is wonderful to see our students learn something new in an exciting and very personal way.Rosario Pérez, School Director & Teacher, Seminternado William Soler Ledesma, Morón
