The S-Trip! Code, Waiver, & Terms and Conditions
The S-Trip! Code outlines the standards of behaviour expected from all passengers travelling with S-Trip! Please ensure that these forms are completed and brought with you to the joining point of your trip. If you are under 18 years of age a parent must review and sign this form as well.
Medical Condition Form
If you have a medical condition that our destination staff should know about please complete this form and fax it to us at least one month before departure.
Name Change Request
A name change request may be possible at the discretion of our supplier. To apply for a name change, please see the form below for terms and conditions.
Co-Ed Rooming Request Form
Co-Ed rooming is on request only and must have the permission of the parents/guardians of any/all travelers in the room under 18, as well as any/all travelers over 18.

Canadian Travel Insurances
S-Trip! includes medical insurance in every trip package. We highly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to cover those unexpected instances that can prevent you from travelling. Please take a moment to review your policy and note the coverage and limitations.

Within 30 days of a trip's departure we are unable to add new passengers to group insurance policies. To upgrade your insurance you must purchase an individual policy here. Remember to bring the insurance confirmation with you when you travel.
US Travel Insurance
