Common Questions
How to make payments
You can make your payments online right from your My Profile. All you have to do is select "View My Trip" and then click on the "Payments" tab. From here you can enter your card details and submit payment. We accept only online payments by credit card, visa debit or interac depending on your bank and country.
You can also call our Help Desk team to help you through the process or if you have any questions regarding payments.
I missed a payment
If you miss your monthly payment date that is okay. You can go to your online My Profile and submit your payment at any time. If you are unable to make your payment at all, please contact our Help Desk and we can make other arrangements with you.
There are no cost or fees for submitting a late payment. Keep in mind you do not want to miss two monthly payments in a row or else your spot on the trip may be Pending.
Request roommates
You can request your roommates online from your My Profile. All you have to do is select "View My Trip" and then click on the "details" tab. From here you scroll down the page and you will see the section about rooming and the option to "Request my roommates". Please keep in mind the cost of your trip is dependent on the number of roommates you select.
Finalized travel dates
We work with the student organizers of the trip to find out what date works best for your school to depart. Once we have this information we are able to assign an itinerary to you and release the official dates to your group. We give tentative travel dates until this has been finalized. These are released at the time your final payment is due.
For a March Break program travel is normally over the schools scheduled March Break. Summer trips are normally planned to depart the last weekend in June or one of the first few weekends in July.
When to enter passport info
We request that you enter your passport information at the time you book your trip. We understand this may not always be possible. You can enter your passport details from your online My Profile up until 90 days before your trip.
If your passport expires and you will need to renew during this 90 period before your trip. The most important thing is that you send us your full legal name as it appears on your passport and we can update this on your account. This is what we will send to the airline to be printed on your ticket.
What is 'My Profile'?
Once you’re signed up you can manage your entire trip through My Profile. This is your all-in-one stop to see flight & resort details, make payments, select roommates, purchase added excursions, and much more!
Be sure to check your confirmation email after you book. This will contain your login information for your personal My Profile.
How to book excursions
You can book your excursions on line from your My Profile once you've signed up. We have these available for you to purchase several weeks in advance of your trip departure.
All you have to do is select "View My Trip" and then click on the "details" tab. If you scroll down the page you will see the section to book your excursions. We highly recommend you purchase these before your trip as space is limited and they do fill up fast.
Payment Options
The methods of payment accepted depend on the country you reside in.
CANADA: Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), Visa/Debit, Prepaid cards (Do not accept Vanilla & Titanium Visa cards) and Interac- must manually enter payment each month (must have online banking with: BMO, RBC, Scotiabank or TD).
USA: Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard), Visa/Debit and Prepaid cards (Do not accept Vanilla & Titanium Visa cards)
