#1 Know what to see
There are tons of amazing photo ops in Mexico! Chichen Itza, Tulum and the Arches in Cabo are just a few! Just imagine the photo op from the top of Chichen Itza…and did you know that if you add up the stairs on each side of the pyramid they equal 365 which is the number of days in the year. Let me tell you those Mayans were on to something! You can check out some of these amazing sites on S-Trip!.
#2 Do some epic water sports
Mexico has some of the best beaches in the world and that means some awesome opportunities to see some ocean creatures! Some of the best places to see sea life like whale sharks are right off the Yucatan Peninsula. Just think…next year when you're watching Shark Week on Discovery you can say you saw sharks up close!
#3 Bring your sunscreen
You don’t want your vacation ruined by a bad sunburn and even during the ‘coldest’ time of year in Mexico which means it will be 20 degrees you can get one. During June or July temperatures can reach 32 degrees or higher so be prepared! Personally, I’d take +20 over -20 any day!
#4 Make your playlist
No vacation is complete without the perfect set of tunes so make sure to prepare an epic playlist ahead of time. A good playlist is vital for long plane ride. Here are a few classic suggestions:
Could You Be Loved: Bob Marley
Summer of ’69: Bryan Adams
Good Vibrations: The Beach Boys
Summertime: Fresh Prince & DJ Jazzy Jeff
#5 Bring your friends
There is no better way to spend a vacation than with your best friends! You only graduate once so why not celebrate with the people who have been there with you every step of the way plus hundreds of new friends too?
