Passport: A passport is recommended, but not required for Canadian citizens traveling to Mexico. A Driver's License or Health Card as well as a document proving Canadian Citizenship [Birth Certificate] are required for passage to Mexico and reentry into Canada. Note: All passengers connecting through the United States require a valid Canadian or American passport as of January 23rd.
Visas: A 180 day Mexican government tourist card (Tarjeta de Turista), normally required for all tourists traveling to Mexico is included in the price of the Student Trip package.
Affidavit of Consent: Passengers under the age of eighteen at the time of travel must have an Affidavit of Consent signed by all legal guardians, as well as a Notary Public for travel to Mexico.  Click here for more details.

Backing onto a beautiful beachfront, Las Perlas is located on Kukulan Boulevard, the main street of the hotel zone, close to LaBoom Disco. Expect pool games, beach volleyball and other activities at this popular student property. Standard amenities and air conditioning, plus mini-bars in most rooms. Great value for students!

 
Solymar ***

Solymar Beach Resort is situated directly on the beach, with gorgeous views of the transparent Caribbean waters, and is just minutes away from the airport, shopping, restaurants and nightlife.  All rooms feature balcony, mini-fridge and safety deposit box. Things To Do:

Jungle Tours: 45 minutes outside of Cancun join an experienced guide as he/she takes you through the Cancun jungle in a small speed boat.

Parasailing: With a specialized parachute and a powerful speed boat pulling you along, you’ll rise over 100 ft. above Cancun’s immaculate beaches.

Deep Sea Fishing: Take the day off and travel into the Caribbean Sea to fish for sharks, Red Snapper, Groupers, and other abyssal sea creatures. After you’ve conquered the seas, enjoy your catch cooked by the on board chef.

Jeep Tours: Accompanied by a knowledgeable guide, navigate your way through the jungle stopping off at a number of different attractions; swim or dive in a cenotes, visit Mayan ruins, off road through the jungle, and visit an authentic Mexican town.

Snorkeling: Because Cancun plays home to some of the nicest beach front and coral reefs in the entire Caribbean, snorkeling opportunities are endless.

Things To See:

Islas De Mujeres: Just a short boat ride away from Playa Dorada this tiny island plays home to some of Cancun’s best dive locations.

Xcaret: The world’s most famous eco-archaeological park, students tantalize all of their senses. With a combination of ancient Mayan ruins, a farm with tropical birds, butterflies, bat caves and pristine cave diving Xcaret is not to be missed amongst things to do while in Cancun.

Ruinas Del Rey: Located in front of Playa Delfines, any taxi or bus on Kukulcan Boulevard can take you there easily. Witness ancient Mayan culture and get close to the many iguanas that have chose to make El Rey their home.

Tulum-Xel Ha: Overlooking the crystal clear water of Cancun lies Tulum, the only walled Mayan city. Take a guided tour of this mysterious city, and after relax in Xel Ha, the worlds largest natural aquarium.

Chichen Itza: Only two and a half hours away from Cancun lies the biggest and most magnificent Mayan ruin. Thought of as the cultural center of Mayan culture, Chichen Itza is a definite must.

Party Centre: With over 50 bars and restaurants steps from any hotel in Cancun, this area is destined to entertain any visitor.
