Our team of creative staff works hard all year long to design a unique trip that is fun, educational, well-organized, and, most importantly, safe. Departure Day
On the day of departure you will meet your S-Trip! Trip Leader at the point of departure. The Trip Leader will be your dedicated S-Trip! contact for your entire trip and will travel with you every day.
Destination Briefing
On the bus you can do whatever you've gotta do to pass the time and get your energy up for the killer weekend ahead; watch a movie, get in on a game of cards, listen to some music, or grab some shut-eye. Upon arrival, destination staff will hold a 20 minute briefing session on the bus, during which they'll introduce themselves and let you know about the program for the trip. Staff will review highlights of your destination, the facilities of your hotels, and all of the great tours and activities you can check out. This is your chance to ask questions, to review safety and insurance procedures, and to get yourself settled. After the briefing, you will be guided you through the check-in process quickly. And then...you’re free to explore!
During Your Trip
Your trip is for you to define. Each day you get to choose from a range of activities we plan on and off the slopes. You`ll also get to go shopping, dine at some of Big Whites`s most trendy restaurants, or organize an amazing group night out!
If you have any ideas or questions, feel free to talk to your Trip Leader or other Staff! They are always close by and easy to find. There will always be a Staff member at our desk in the hotel lobby and present during all activities, excursions, and events. Trip Leaders will check in with you at your hotel room every morning and evening, and will be with your group throughout daytime activities to ensure your trip runs smoothly. They are also available by cell phone 24 hours a day to deal with emergencies.
Going Home
On your last day, everyone will hop on the bus for the ride back home. Listen to some music or check out your memory card filled with pictures. We’ll get you back home in a safe and timely manner.
