RBC Insurance
We want to make sure all of our students are protected, which is why we include RBC Classic Medical Insurance in the cost of each program. This insurance package provides complete medical coverage in the event of an injury or sickness travelling.
Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct outlines rules for students, including common sense guidelines pertaining to safety and behaviour. The Code of Conduct can be viewed on our website, http://s-trip.com, and must be signed by both students and parents/ guardians prior to departure.
Check-In and Quiet Hours
Students are required to check-in with their designated trip leader three times a day. Check-in must be done by the student and cannot be completed by a friend or roommate. Quiet hours are from 10p.m.-7a.m. Final check-in is at 1a.m., at which time all students must be in their own rooms.

Expert Staff Available 24/7
Our staff come from across North America and include travel professionals, high school teachers, counsellors and university students. Staff receive comprehensive training, including first-response tactics and are knowledgeable about local customs, allowing them to respond to a variety of situations.
Each program will have program directors, hotel coordinators, trip leaders and activity coordinators. The staff meet students and parents at all major gateways and fly with students to their destination. During the program, staff will be available around the clock and are present during all activities, events and excursions. Staff monitor students at all times and can be easily be found at the S-Trip! desk located in the hotel lobby.
