Nassau Walking Tour

The Nassau City walking tour starts off with a really quick bus ride to downtown Nassau, where a tour guide walks through some of the most interesting and beautiful parts of the city. Winding through some of the old, often not paved side streets, some highlights include seeing the Parliament, old slave chambers used hundreds of years ago, the beautiful paradise island, and shops and restaraunts throughout the downtown square in Nassau. Half way through, we stop for quick lunch, and some souvenier shopping! The total tour is roughly 2 and a half hours long. A great way to get into the city and learn some history behind the place that you are visiting!

Charlie's

The one included night off the resort takes us to the famous Charlies Club located in the heart of downtown Nassau. Students have been flocking down to this club for years, as it looks out onto the gorgeous paradise beach. A house DJ plays top 40 songs that everyone knows, so that everyone can get up and dance. This includes transportation to and from the event, free entry and theme swag for the night!

Atlantis Water Park

The Atlantis Waterpark is one of the most spectacular waterparks in the world. Overlooking the ocean, the entire park is 141 acres of non stop action (or relaxation if that’s what you prefer). There are 3 huge “crazy waterslides” that are sure to get your heart pumping. If you want a more relaxing time out in the sun, hop into the mile long lazy river that takes you into light rapids and wave surges. Or casually swim and play with your friends in one of twenty swimming pools!! There is lots of opportunity to grab food and drinks throughout the day, and after exploring the park, we take you to a private beach with our entire group to hang out close to the ocean.

Deep Sea Fishing

Head out about 3-5 miles off the coast of Nassau and get ready for some extreme deep sea fishing! With some of the best pro’s in the world helping you out, you’ll get on a world class boat where you’ll get your included pro fishing rod and a safety lesson before casting off. Spend roughly 4-5 hours out on the open water reeling in some huge game fish. Make sure to bring your camera, becuase you have to show your friends and family what you caught!

Catamaran Cruise

This half day excursion is jam packed with activities. We start off by boarding an incredible double decker catamaran. We set sail from downtown Nassau past paradise island. The captain of the ship promptly points out significant landmarks like important buildings, and even celebrity homes! We then gear up to go out snorkeling where we get to see a ton of bright, colourful tropical fish! After about 45 min in the water, we get back on board, where an included lunch is served. The captain sets sail towards a private island (Rose Island) that is sectioned off just for s-trip! On the island, music is played and drinks are served as students can chill out on the beach, play volleyball, or dance with their friends. After about an hour we jump back on the boat and continue the fun all the way back to Nassau City.

Volunteer Experience

Get off the resort and help restore part of the environment. S-Trip! works with a local nature preservation company in Nassau, that rebuilds, cleans or restores various habitats around the island. It is a great way to increase animal sustainability in the area and give back to the community you are visiting!
