- I've been to over 25 countries in 4 continents. Best trip was spending 3 months backpacking across Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, Malaysia and China). Craziest experience of the trip was living with monks in the Wat Chom Tong temple in Northern Thailand. I was there for a week learning about Buddhism and meditation. While I was there my schedule was wake up at 4am, bfast at 6am, lunch at noon and lights out around 10pm. Only two meals per day and all I did was eat, sleep, meditate and talk to my teacher. I also took a vow of silence for 3 days. Could you go 3 days without speaking a word?

- If I could go anywhere I would go to Bhutan. Locals call Bhutan "Druk Yul" which means Land of the Thunder Dragon. Formerly one of the most isolated countries in the world Bhutan has balanced modernization with its ancient culture and traditions under the guiding philosophy of Gross National Happiness (GNH). Rather than measure growth by GDP Bhutan measure their happiness! How cool is that?
